After cleansing with BEE-OCH 3-in-1 Foaming Wash All (Step 1), your Step 2 is to tone with the CBD Facial Toner by spritzing it onto your face and neck. No need to pat your face dry after cleansing, just spritz on CBD Facial Toner on wet skin and allow to dry before moisturizing (30-60 seconds).
Pro-Tip! Apply the CBD Facial Toner before/under the CBD Facial Serum for compounded CBD benefits. Studies suggest that CBD can assist in reducing excessive sebum in oily and acne-prone skin.
